Mushrooms with Cherry Tomatoes
|Fresh mushrooms||16 Medium|
|Unsalted defatted chicken broth||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Wash and quarter the mushrooms.
Wash and slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
Heat the chicken broth in a skillet and add the mushrooms.
When the mushrooms are partially cooked, add the cherry tomatoes and simmer for one minute.
Drain the vegetables and serve hot.
Garnish with a little chopped parsley.
