Tomato Ambal

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 450 Gram
  Mustard oil 30 Milliliter
  Jaggery 15 Gram
  Turmeric 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Mustard seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Wash and cut tomatoes into quarters.
2. Heat oil, add mustard seeds.
3. When mustard seeds crackle add tomatoes.
4. Fry for a minute or two. Add jaggery, turmeric and salt.
5. Cover and cook gently till tomatoes are cooked and gravy thickens.
