Ingredients
  Fresh jalapeno pepper 3 , seeded and finely chopped
  Finely chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped green onions and tops 3 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cherry tomatoes 40
Directions

1. Combine jalapeno peppers, celery, onion, vinegar, sugar, and pepper.
2. Slice top off each tomato and scoop out in-sides.
3. Mix tomato insides with relish mixture and fill tomatoes.
