Parsley Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Sliced tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs) (3 Medium Sized)
  Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped fresh parsley/1 tablespoon parsley flakes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Wine vinegar/Cider vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Italian seasoning/Crushed oregano, if desired 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients; toss lightly.
Chill, covered, at least 2 hours.
Drain extra liquid.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
