Celery and Tomato

  Celery sticks 2
  Tomatoes 4
  Parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (One Handful)
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced and rind

Feed the celery, tomato and parsley into the juicer in alternate batches, along with the lemon juice and rind.
Pour the juice into a glass and add a couple of ice cubes.
