Ingredients
  Yellow tagliatelle 7 Ounce (200 Gram)
  Green tagliatelle 7 Ounce (200 Gram)
  Boiling water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Parma ham 4 Ounce, chopped (2/3 Cup, 100 Gram)
  Single cream 1⁄4 Pint (2/3 Cup, 150 Milliliter, Light)
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Put the yellow and green tagliatelle together in a deep pot and pour on enough boiling water to just cover. Add a pinch of salt and a few drops of oil.Cover and cook for 6 minutes. Let the pot stand, covered, while you make the sauce.
Stir the ham and cream together in a bowl and season with black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
Drain the pasta, stir in the sauce and serve with plenty of Parmesan cheese.
