|Yellow tagliatelle||7 Ounce (200 Gram)|
|Green tagliatelle||7 Ounce (200 Gram)|
|Boiling water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Parma ham||4 Ounce, chopped (2/3 Cup, 100 Gram)|
|Single cream||1⁄4 Pint (2/3 Cup, 150 Milliliter, Light)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon|
Put the yellow and green tagliatelle together in a deep pot and pour on enough boiling water to just cover. Add a pinch of salt and a few drops of oil.Cover and cook for 6 minutes. Let the pot stand, covered, while you make the sauce.
Stir the ham and cream together in a bowl and season with black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
Drain the pasta, stir in the sauce and serve with plenty of Parmesan cheese.
