Spicy Garlic Prawns with Cherry Tomatoes
|Dried pasta||1 Pound (500 Gram)|
|Extra virgin olive oil||5 Tablespoon|
|Chili flakes||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), finely chopped|
|Large prawns in shells||1 Pound (500 Gram)|
|Cherry tomatoes||8 Ounce, halved (250 Gram)|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Chopped flat leaf parsley||2 Tablespoon (Fresh)|
Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water, until just firm to the bite.
Heat oil in a large frying pan.
Add chilli and garlic and cook over high heat until pale gold, 1 minute.
Add prawns and cook, stirring constantly, until just turning pink, 1 minute.
Add tomatoes and cook, stirring constantly, until tomatoes are hot and wilted and prawns are firm, 2-3 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add drained pasta with parsley to hot sauce.
Toss well to coat.
