Tuna And Sun Dried Tomato Crostini

Ingredients
  French baguette slice 18 (1/3 Inch Thick)
  Olive oil flavored vegetable cooking spray 1
  Minced fresh basil 3 Tablespoon
  Nonfat mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Plain non-fat yogurt 2 Tablespoon
  Crushed garlic 1 Teaspoon
  60% less salt tuna in water 6 1⁄8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Minced green onions 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Minced sun dried tomatoes 2 Tablespoon, dried
  Chopped ripe olives 1 Tablespoon
  Arugula/Bibb lettuce leaves 18 Large
Directions

1. Spray both sides of each bread slice with cooking spray; arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 300° for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
2. Combine basil, mayonnaise, yogurt, and garlic; stir well. Add tuna and next 3 ingredients; stir well.
3. To serve, place 1 arugula leaf on each bread slice; top each with 1 tablespoon tuna mixture.
