Red Tomato Mold
|Tomato juice||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped celery leaves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Bay leaves||2 Small|
|Unflavored gelatin||2 Tablespoon (2 Envelopes)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
Combine 2 cups of the tomato juice, onion, celery leaves, sugar, salt, bay leaves, and cloves.
Simmer uncovered 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, soften gelatin in 7 cup of remaining cold tomato juice; dissolve in hot mixture.
Add rest of tomato juice, lemon juice.
Chill firm in 5-cup ring mold.
