Low Carb Fried Green Tomatoes With Hot Sauce

This low carb recipe for fried green tomatoes is delicious! You can try this recipe and have a time of your life.
Ingredients
  Green tomatoes 4
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Parmesan cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Heavy cream 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar free sweet relish 2 Tablespoon
  Hot sauce 1 Tablespoon (Feel Free To Use Less)
Directions

Slice tomatoes into 1/4 inch pieces
Top tomatoes with a pinch of salt and let rest for about 10 minutes.
In a plate add the Parmesan cheese and season with black pepper and cayenne pepper.
Whisk egg and cream together for the egg wash.
Dip tomatoes in egg wash then in Parmesan mixture set aside.
Heat oil on medium heat.
Add the tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes and remove from pan
Sauce
Mix ingredients together and serve with fried green tomatoes. Enjoy!
