Fennel, Chicory And Tomato Salad
|Fennel head||1 , thinly sliced (Florence Type)|
|Chicory head||1 , thinly sliced|
|Tomatoes||4 , thinly sliced|
|Olive oil||4 Tablespoon|
|White wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
Put the fennel, chicory and tomato slices in a salad bowl.
Mix together the ail, vinegar, garlic and salt and pepper to taste in a screwtop jar and shake well.
Pour this dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat them.
Chill before serving.
