Fennel, Chicory And Tomato Salad

Ingredients
  Fennel head 1 , thinly sliced (Florence Type)
  Chicory head 1 , thinly sliced
  Tomatoes 4 , thinly sliced
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  White wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

Put the fennel, chicory and tomato slices in a salad bowl.
Mix together the ail, vinegar, garlic and salt and pepper to taste in a screwtop jar and shake well.
Pour this dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat them.
Chill before serving.
