|Fresh thyme leaves/Marjoram leaves/ 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme / marjoram||1 Tablespoon|
|Finely snipped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Snipped chives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salad oil||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Tarragon vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Peel the tomatoes.
Place in bowl; sprinkle with seasonings and herbs.
Combine oil and vinegar and pour over.
Cover and chill an hour or so, occasionally spooning the dressing over tomatoes.
At serving time, drain off dressing to pass in bowl.
