|Butter||1 Ounce (30 Grams)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Cut tomatoes in half, put into greased ovenproof dish.
Dot each tomato half with butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake uncovered in moderate oven 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with combined parsley and chopped shallots.
