Spiced Stewed Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 2 Large
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Seasoned salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Peel and quarter tomatoes. Put into a 1-quart glass casserole. Add sugar, seasoned salt, pepper and butter. Cover with all-glass lid or plastic wrap. Cook in microwave oven 5 minutes at HIGH, or until tender; stir halfway through cooking time.
2. Blend cornstarch and water. Gradually add to the cooked tomatoes; stirring constantly. Cook covered in microwave oven 1 minute at HIGH.
3. Stir parsley into tomatoes before serving.
