Ingredients
  Shallots 2 Large, sliced
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Plum tomatoes 6 , seeded and chopped
  Balsamic vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon (For Brushing)
