Salmon Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Salmon 1 Pound
  Cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced (pared)
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Parsely 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomatoes 6 Medium, chilled
Directions

Break salmon in small chunks, removing bones and skin.
Combine salmon with cucumber, onion, seasonings, pimiento, and mayonnaise.
Chill.
Scoop out centers of tomatoes to make cups.
Fill with salmon mixture.
