Deviled Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 4 , cut in halves
  Hard-boiled eggs 2 , diced
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine eggs, vinegar, mustard and mayonnaise.
Place equal portions of the egg mixture on top of each tomato half.
Broil 5 minutes.
Garnish with parsley.
