|Chopped seeded green pepper||5 Cup (80 tbs) (Long Ones)|
|Chopped onion||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Seeded chopped hot peppers||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), minced|
|Cilantro||2 Tablespoon, minced|
|Hot pepper sauce||1 Teaspoon|
Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pot.
Bring mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space.
Process 15 minutes in a boiling water bath.
