Ingredients
  Peeled cored chopped red ripe tomatoes 10 Cup (160 tbs)
  Chopped seeded green pepper 5 Cup (80 tbs) (Long Ones)
  Chopped onion 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Seeded chopped hot peppers 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Cilantro 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Salt 3 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pot.
Bring mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space.
Adjust caps.
Process 15 minutes in a boiling water bath.
