Ingredients
  Skinned tomatoes 4 , cut into wedges
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Pinch
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon (To Garnish)
Directions

Mix the tomatoes and onion in a serving bowl.
Blend the lemon juice with the sugar and salt and sprinkle over the tomatoes and onion.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
