Tomato Cheese burger Pie
|Lean ground beef||1 Pound|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soda cracker crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Barbecue sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Instant minced onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Tomato slices/3 well-drained canned tomatoes||6 , cut into halves and 6 wedge-shaped slices (Fresh)|
|Cheddar cheese/American cheese||4 Tablespoon|
Combine egg, ground beef, shredded cheese, cracker crumbs, barbecue sauce, onion, salt and pepper in mixing bowl.
Press firmly into Unbaked Pastry Shell.
Place tomatoes on top.
Bake at 425° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Place cheese wedges over tomato slices and return to oven to melt cheese, about 1 minute.
