Tomato Cheese burger Pie

  Egg 1
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soda cracker crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Barbecue sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Instant minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Tomato slices/3 well-drained canned tomatoes 6 , cut into halves and 6 wedge-shaped slices (Fresh)
  Cheddar cheese/American cheese 4 Tablespoon

Combine egg, ground beef, shredded cheese, cracker crumbs, barbecue sauce, onion, salt and pepper in mixing bowl.
Press firmly into Unbaked Pastry Shell.
Place tomatoes on top.
Bake at 425° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Place cheese wedges over tomato slices and return to oven to melt cheese, about 1 minute.
