Ingredients
  Peeled chopped tomatoes 3 Quart
  Chopped celery 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chopped onions 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Quart
  Brown sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Mustard seed 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped red peppers 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Allspice 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cloves 3⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Allow the tomatoes, celery, onions and salt to stand for 2 hours.
Drain thoroughly.
Add remaining ingredients and cook until the mixture is thickened.
Fill hot jars, leaving 1/4-inch head space.
Adjust caps.
Process 15 minutes in boiling water bath.
