|Brown sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Mustard seed||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped red peppers||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Allow the tomatoes, celery, onions and salt to stand for 2 hours.
Add remaining ingredients and cook until the mixture is thickened.
Fill hot jars, leaving 1/4-inch head space.
Process 15 minutes in boiling water bath.
