Ingredients
  Diced tomatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Fresh)
  Minced garlic 2 Tablespoon
  Mussels 2 Pound (North Coast Seafoods Pei)
  Chardonnay 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Sliced green onion 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1⁄4 Pound
  Crusty bread 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. In a large saute pan, cook tomatoes and garlic over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
2. Increase the heat to high. Add mussels and wine and cover the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until mussels have opened.
