|Rice||1 Cup (16 tbs), partly cooked|
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
Saute- onion in olive oil; add salt, rice, and raisins.
Scoop out the insides of tomatoes, but save the tops.
Place filling in tomatoes, cover with tops.
Bake in a little water at 350° for about 20 minutes or until tender.
Broil for 2 minutes to brown slightly.
Peppers can be substituted for tomatoes.
