Chilled Tomato Bisque

Ingredients
  Tomato juice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Minced scallions 5 (White And Green Ends)
  Thyme 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon rind 1⁄2
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Snipped chives 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

In a serving bowl combine all of the ingredients except the sour cream and chives.
Chill.
Just prior to serving, blend in the sour cream and sprinkle with chives
