Broiled Tomatoes With Cilantro
|Tomatoes||2 Medium, cut into 8 slices, 1/2 inch thick|
|Fat free salad dressing||2 Tablespoon (Italian Style)|
|Minced fresh cilantro/Parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Lime juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Ground black pepper||1 Pinch|
|Cilantro sprigs/Parsley sprigs||4|
Place the tomato slices on the rack in a broiler pan; set aside.
In a small bowl, stir together the Italian dressing, minced cilantro or parsley, lime juice and pepper.
Spoon on top of the tomato slices.
Broil about 4" from the heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until the tomatoes are heated through.
Arrange two tomato slices on each dinner plate and garnish with the cilantro or parsley sprigs.
