Broiled Tomatoes With Cilantro

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, cut into 8 slices, 1/2 inch thick
  Fat free salad dressing 2 Tablespoon (Italian Style)
  Minced fresh cilantro/Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 2 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1 Pinch
  Cilantro sprigs/Parsley sprigs 4
Directions

Place the tomato slices on the rack in a broiler pan; set aside.
In a small bowl, stir together the Italian dressing, minced cilantro or parsley, lime juice and pepper.
Spoon on top of the tomato slices.
Broil about 4" from the heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until the tomatoes are heated through.
Arrange two tomato slices on each dinner plate and garnish with the cilantro or parsley sprigs.
