Broiled Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Basil leaves/1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil, crumbled 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), minced
  Parsley leaves 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), minced
  Plain dry bread crumbs 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Salt 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 4 Medium
Directions

1 Preheat the broiler, setting the rack 6 inches from the heat. Line the broiler pan with a sheet of aluminum foil.
In a small bowl, stir together the basil, parsley, bread
crumbs, garlic, salt, and oil.
2 Place the tomato halves, cut sides up, on the prepared broiler pan and broil for 2 minutes. Top with the basil-crumb mixture and broil 3 minutes longer or until the topping is crisp and the tomatoes are hot.
