Tomato Veal Chops

Ingredients
  Veal loin chops 4 (3/4 Inch Thick)
  Tomato juice 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Corn syrup 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Vegetable oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Tarragon 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Chervil 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Green peppercorns 15 Milliliter, mashed (15 Milliliter)
  Lime juice 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat barbecue at HIGH.
Trim excess fat from chops and place them in deep dish; set aside.
Mix tomato juice, corn syrup and oil together in bowl.
Add seasonings, peppercorns and lime juice; mix well and pour over veal.
Marinate 30 minutes.
Place chops on hot grill.
Partly cover and cook 15 minutes.
Turn 4 times, baste often and season once or twice.
