1. In a deep 2-quart non-metallic casserole melt butter in Microwave Oven 30 (40) seconds.
2. Add onion and green pepper, and heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 3 (4) minutes or until lightly browned.
3. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
4. Heat, covered, in Microwave Oven 5 to 6 (6/4 to 8) minutes or until tomatoes are very tender. Stir occasionally.
