This mozzarella tomatoes recipe is from family cookbook and you can be rest assured that it works. No other ingredient will make mozzarella tomatoes taste so yummy than vegetable. It is the answer when you look for a tasty side dish. Not trying out this mozzarella tomatoes after reading about it is one of the biggest crimes you could possibly imagine of committing.
Ingredients
  Mozzarella cheese 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Canned stewed tomatoes 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Toast slices 3 , cubed
  Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
Directions

Reserve 4 strips of cheese for garnish.
Cube remainder and combine with tomatoes and remaining ingredients.
Pour into a buttered 1-quart casserole.
Arrange reserved cheese strips on top.
Bake in a 375° F.oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
This casserole can be prepared in advance, refrigerated and baked at serving time.
Add 10 minutes to baking time.
Do not put strips of cheese on top until casserole is ready to go into the oven.
