Cheese Tomato And Herb Pizza
|Mozzarella cheese||2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs), grated|
|Beefsteak tomatoes||4 , thinly sliced|
|Chopped basil/2 tablespoons dried oregano||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Preheat oven to 500° F. Grease a cookie sheet with olive oil. (If using a pizza stone)
2. Place prepared and shaped pizza dough on a cookie sheet Depending on the size of your baking sheet, you may only be able to fit 2 pizzas at a time.
4. Sprinkle 1 2/3 cups of the mozzarella evenly among the 4 pizzas. Place tomatoes in a circle on top of the mozzarella, then fill in with more slices. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and fresh basil or dried oregano.
5. Lower heat to 475° F. and cook pizza for 7-10 minutes, or until dough is golden.
