Cheesy Tomato Stacks

Mater Stacks...
Ingredients
  Shallot 1 , chopped finely
  Walnut 100 Gram
  Blue cheese 100 Gram
  White balsamic vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Mater 1 , cut horizontally into halves
  Ripe tomato 3 , cut horizontally into 3 parts
  Salt 2 Pinch
  Pepper 2 Pinch
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a plastic bag, place shallot and walnut, using your hands, crush the walnuts. Transfer to a bowl.
2. Crumble the blue cheese and add to the walnut mixture.

MAKING
3. Season the lower part of the tomato with salt and pepper, spoon the prepared mixture, place the middle part, put another spoon of the mixture, cap it with the upper part of the tomato. Repeat the process for mater.

SERVING
4. Serve as a finger food or as an appetizer with your choice of dip.

This dish can be a great alternative for salads and those who are not aware, tomato is a healthy vegetable. Everything that's delicious and healthy doesn't cost much time and this recipe is a great example.
