Sea Bass With Tomato & Dill Relish

|Tomatoes||480 Milliliter, diced (2 Cups)|
|Red onion||120 Milliliter, diced (1/2 Cup)|
|Cucumber||120 Milliliter, diced (1/2 Cup)|
|Dill||60 Milliliter, chopped (1/4 Cup)|
|Seasoned rice vinegar||120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Lemon juice||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Hazelnut oil/Salad oil||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|New potatoes||4 Small, boiled (Leave Skin On)|
|Sea bass/Halibut steak||1 Pound, grilled (455 Gram)|
Toss all ingredients except bass in a salad bowl and leave to blend in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Meanwhile grill or broil fish.
