Ingredients
  Tomatoes 4 Large
  Rose wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Finely chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely sliced green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Italian salad dressing 1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Lettuce leaves 6
  Celery leaves 4
Directions

Wash, peel, and thinly slice tomatoes; place in shallow dish or deep bowl.
Combine wine, oil, celery, green onion, vinegar, and salad dressing mix.
Pour over tomatoes.
Cover and chill several hours.
Lift tomatoes from marinade and place on lettuce leaves.
Spoon some of the dressing over the top and pass the remaining.
Garnish with celery leaves.
