Fried Green Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Firm green tomatoes 6 Large, cut into 1/4 inch slices
  Cornmeal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 200 Milliliter
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Dredge tomatoes in cornmeal.
Season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil.
Add tomatoes and fry over medium-high heat until browned.
Turn once.
