This glorious Herb Baked Tomatoes recipe can be used to create a winning vegetable side dish. Try this wonderful Herb Baked Tomatoes at home this week itself and see your family getting addicted to it!
Ingredients
  Seasoned dry bread crumbs 3 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Oregano/Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, cut in half
Directions

Combine bread crumbs, butter, cheese and oregano.
Arrange tomato halves in 8-inch square dish.
Top with bread crumb mixture.
Cook, covered with plastic wrap, at HIGH 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until tomatoes are tender.
Let stand 2 minutes before serving
