Cheese Crumb Baked Tomatoes
|Garlic clove||1 Large, minced|
|Fresh chopped herbs/1 1/2 teaspoons dried herbs, crushed||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Oregano, Parsley And Rosemary / Combination)|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), unseasoned|
|Part skim mozzarella cheese||3 Ounce, finely shredded, divided (3/4 Cup, Wisconsin)|
|Tomatoes||4 , cored and cut into 3 slices each|
Preheat oven to 475°F.
In small bowl, mix half the cheese, bread crumbs, herbs and garlic until thoroughly blended.
Arrange tomato slices on oiled baking sheet.
Top tomatoes evenly with some of the crumb mixture, then with remaining cheese.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes until crumbs are lightly browned.
