Ingredients
  Lamb kidneys 4
  Green pepper 1
  Seasoning To Taste
  Stock 2 Fluid Ounce (About 1/2 Gill)
  Onion 1 Large
  Tomatoes 4 Large
  Butter 2 Ounce
  Flour 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Red wine 4 Fluid Ounce (1 Gill)
  Paprika pepper To Taste
Directions

Slice the onion and green pepper.
Halve the kidneys and roll in seasoned flour, then fry gently in the butter.
Add the onions and pepper and cook for about 5 minutes.
Put in the sliced tomatoes, wine, stock and more seasoning and cook until tender.
