Cherry Tomatoes Stuffed With Prawns

Ingredients
  Cherry tomatoes 24
  Peeled cooked prawns 250 Gram, finely chopped
  Onion spring 1 , chopped
  Black olives 4 , chopped
  Light soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut a lid from top of each tomato; hollow out centres, reserving pulp for another use.
Combine prawns, spring onion, olives and soy sauce in a bowl.
Mix well.
Stuff tomatoes with this mixture, replace lids and arrange on a serving platter.
Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
