Deviled Tomatoes Side Dish

Deviled Tomatoes is a very easy to prepare delicious side dish recipe. Enjoy this amazingly delicious mouth watering Deviled Tomatoes dish; I am sure you would love to share your experience with me.
Ingredients
  Tomatoes 4 , halved
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Cayenne pepper To Taste
  Buttered bread crumbs 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 1 Dash
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Egg yolk 1
Directions

1. Place the tomato halves on a baking sheet, cut side up. Sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper and cayenne, and then with the buttered crumbs. Set aside.
2. Melt the butter in a very small saucepan. Add the mustard, Tabasco, Worcestershire, sugar, vinegar and a sprinkling of salt. Bring to a boil.
3. Beat the egg yolk and add a little of the vinegar mixture while stirring. Return to the saucepan and cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
4. Broil the tomatoes until the crumbs are brown and serve with a spoonful of sauce on each half.
