Cottage Cheese With Tomatoes And Peppers
|Cottage cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), crumbled, cut in 1 inch pieces if preparing as an appetizer|
|Bell peppers||1 , diced (Of Choice)|
|Tomatoes||1 , diced|
|Boiled potatoes||2 , crumbled (Omit If Preparing As An Appetizer)|
|Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Garam masala||To Taste|
Heat some oil in a skillet.
Add some salt and stir it in.
Add the crumbled potatoes, bell peppers and tomatoes and stir fry till the potatoes begin to brown and tomatoes go limp.
Add the cottage cheese/paneer.
Mix it well with the veggies and stir fry.
Add a dash of garam masala and stir fry.
Taste to check and adjust the seasonings if needed.
Toss one last time and serve hot.
I don't measure and cook so you can use the veggies and garam masala as desired. Try it out with more veggies, it is always fun! :)
