Tomato Saute

Ingredients
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Yellow onion 1 , peeled and chopped
  Celery stalks 3 , chopped
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 6 , cut into large dice
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Saute the garlic, yellow onion, and celery in the oil.
When the vegetables are tender but still firm, add the tomatoes (if you have cut the tomatoes into large dice using a very sharp knife, you should not have a wet mess on your hands).
Add a bit of salt and pepper, and just heat the tomatoes.
Garnish with butter
