  Tomatoes 2 Large
  Butter 1 Ounce
  Salt 1
  Pepper To Taste
  Chopped parsley 1 , chopped
  Water/Fish stock 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Wash the fish and put it in a casserole with water or fish stock.
