Spinach-Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 4 Medium
  Onion powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Basil 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Dash
  Spinach 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped and cooked
  Bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Cut off the top of the tomato and scoop out a small portion of the pulp.
2. Mix the pulp with seasonings and spinach.
3. Stuff tomatoes with this mixture. Top with bread crumbs.
4. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until tomatoes are tender.
