Bean Curd With Mushrooms
|Fresh mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1/2 inch slices|
|Bean curd square||5 , cut into 1/2 inch slices|
|Oyster sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Cornstarch||1 Tablespoon, mixed with 3 tablespoon cold water (For Thickening)|
Heat a pan with the oil and when it is hot add the mushrooms and saute for 1 minute.
Carefully add the bean curds and oyster sauce and continue to cook for 3 minutes, shaking the pan and being careful not to break the curds.
Add the thickening and continue to cook till the sauce becomes smooth and thick.
When it is very hot, serve in a shallow dish immediately.
