Bean Curd With Mushrooms

If you want a double spongy treat, you should try out this Bean Curd With Mushrooms ! This tofu and mushroom fare is best enjoyed with rice and noodle dishes ! Just try out and let me know if you agree with me ! Your opinion is eagerly awaited !
Ingredients
  Fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1/2 inch slices
  Bean curd square 5 , cut into 1/2 inch slices
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Oyster sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon, mixed with 3 tablespoon cold water (For Thickening)
Directions

Heat a pan with the oil and when it is hot add the mushrooms and saute for 1 minute.
Carefully add the bean curds and oyster sauce and continue to cook for 3 minutes, shaking the pan and being careful not to break the curds.
Add the thickening and continue to cook till the sauce becomes smooth and thick.
When it is very hot, serve in a shallow dish immediately.
