Bean Curd With Scallion
|Bean curd square||5 , cut into quarters|
|Scallion (white and green)||1 Bunch (100 gm), cut into 1 inch sections|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Heat a pan with the oil, and when it is very hot add the scallions and saute for 1 minute.
Add the bean curds and continue to saute for another 2 minutes.
Mix the salt with the soy sauce pour into the pan and continue to stir gently over high heat for another minute.
Serve boiling hot on a platter.
