Tofu cooked with onion and carrots, seasoned with wasabi leaves and ginger.

1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
1. Cut up the onion, carrot, wasabi leaves, ginger and tofu.
2. Cook the onions and the ginger with some sesame oil and some chilli.
3. Add some soy sauce, the carrot, the wasabi leaves, the tofu and water.
4. Cover it with a lid and cook it over a low heat for about 20 minutes.
