Silken Tofu Dessert

The vegetarian recipe of silken tofu made from soy milk.
Ingredients
  Soy milk 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Rice flour 2 Teaspoon
  Cooked gypsum 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Stir milk over low heat. Add rice flour to the milk. Keep stirring.
Add gypsum to cold water. Pour it into a big bowl. Spread it evenly. Pour milk into the bowl. Let stand for 25 minutes. Silken tofu is ready. Serve it with agave nectar or homemade brown sugar syrup or maple syrup.
