Tofu Scramble

Ingredients
  Tofu 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Soyaki 3 Tablespoon
  Red chilli pepper flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tofurky sausage 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baby spinach 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diet mozzarella cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1⁄2 Small, chopped finely
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan add oil and sauté the onions until brown.
2. Add the crumbled tofu, soyaki, red chilli pepper, turmeric and tofurky sausages and sauté all the ingredients until combined well.
3. After few minutes add the baby spinach, stir and remove from heat.

SERVING
4. Serve the tofu scramble along with some crusty bread.
