Mapo Tofu

People mostly don’t like tofu, because of its texture and bland taste. Let me show an awesome tofu dish. Simple and spicy!! A great dish to add to your tofu recipe repertoire!
Ingredients
  Tofu 200 Gram, cubed
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Ground beef 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon, mince
  Fresh ginger 1 Tablespoon, mince
  Green onion 1 Tablespoon, chopped finely
  Kungpao sauce 2 Tablespoon (extra spicy)
  Szechuan peppercorn 1⁄2 Tablespoon, crushed
  Cilantro 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Cut firm tofu into equal size cubes.

MAKING
2. Heat oil in a wok and add ground beef to it. Saute until lightly browned and then add ginger and garlic to it and saute a few seconds.
3. Add the tofu and pour in Kungpao extra spicy sauce over it. Stir gently and let cook for a minute or two.
4. Add crushed peppercorn followed by cilantro.

SERVING
5. Serve it hot garnished with green onion. You could have it with steamed rice or with noodles.
