Ingredients
  Thinly sliced mushrooms 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce
  Dry sherry 3 Tablespoon
  Instant non fat milk powder 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Arrowroot/Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon
  Bouillon 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Frozen tofu 2 Pound
Directions

Pour the blended ingredients into the skillet.
Mix well.
Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened
(about 2 minutes).
